We begin this stage by expanding the design into a schedule of works document which details every element of the build, down to each steel beam. Produce electrical and plumbing layout plans. Create a fixture and finishes schedule. Produce tender documentation including a schedule of works and technical details. Collate pre-construction information (CDM / Principal Designer) Prepare tender pack Prepare a list of suitable tenderers. Provide chosen contractors with all the drawings and information so they can provide costs. Review and analysis the contractors quotes and present our recommendations.
