Stage one: Initiation

Initial meeting to discuss the extension, conversion, refurbishments etc. design & initial sketches to show required changes to the property. Depending on the nature of the project it can be beneficial to carry out specific room designs before completing the proposed plans, sections and elevations.  The design of some rooms, especially kitchens, can mean that it pays to make alterations to a plan that was previously considered.
